Flooded Kitchen in San Diego, CA

Kitchen sink had a leak, which affected all of the surrounding cabinets and some appliances. After we finished, the customer had a brand new kitchen! Something that's difficult to know when we first arrive at a jobsite, is if the walls behind kitchen cabinets are affected. Once we use our tools and are able to confirm when cabinets are wet, we communicate with the insurance company. Insurance adjusters will almost always want a notice before removing kitchen cabinets since this step is not always required. If there is minor damage to the cabinets, the cabinet faces can be saved, but when the damage is too large, the boxes cannot be salvaged.
