Structure Damage

After a fire, something important to check is the framing inside the walls. After clearing the debris and gutting a structure from a major fire loss, we could see how damaged the house really was. After a few inspections we determined that the structure needed to be completely removed and rebuilt. We ended up removing the framing and the entire house all the way down to the foundation! The second picture shows the structure after we installed the new trusses. After a few more city inspections we were able to finally finish this property and the owner could now go back to a place they call "home."
