Using the Tools to Find all Affected Areas

We got a call from a property manager after a leak from a toilet valve caused clear water to flow through the surrounding walls and flooring. When we inspected this office, we needed to see how far the water affected the rooms. We used a thermal camera to view all of the areas that were colder than the rest of the room and that lined up with the trail from the water damage. In the first picture you can the colder spot of the wall in blue, next to the normal dry area that still has heat on the left.
