Wet Walls and Demolition

One of the reasons to call SERVPRO of Chula Vista, is that sometimes damage that occurs is not entirely visible. With this homeowner, we inspected their garage after a leak and found out that all of the walls were damaged from an upstairs leak. We communicated with the insurance and were able to start working shortly after the initial inspection. When we do demolition, we set up floor protection to not leave any trace of the debris, and we also set up a containment to keep the air safe. The second pictures shows a clean and dry garage after our work.
