Matterport Scanning

After an initial inspection, our crews were able to mark affected areas with blue tape, indicating they needed to be opened and dried. Something that makes SERVPRO of Chula Vista different is that we use the Matterport technology to scan the work that we do. We’re certified to use this technology since it does require some training. The Matterport camera lets us send more complete files to the insurance company, and collaborate with all parties in a more efficient manner. All parties can take measurements, revisit the job site to take notes, and see exactly what we did by just viewing the file.
