Leaky Laundry

This homeowner called our firm after they turned on the water to do some laundry and found out that there was a leak in the pipe. The flooring in the first picture was entirely affected and water was running up the baseboard and about one foot up into the drywall. We communicated with the insurance adjuster that the flooring had to be removed, and after we received confirmation of approval we got to work. Demolition usually takes between one to three days, but in this instance we were able to finish in one. After we finished, we placed equipment in the areas that were most saturated and let the structure dry.
