Collapsed Ceiling

This homeowner had water damage from a major storm. The ceiling was saturated with water, which forced the drywall to collapse. In this case, you can see that the homeowner has blown insulation, which is goes in the air and makes it difficult to breathe around the area. After cleaning the debris, we were able to properly cut the ceiling remove the debris from the areas below. From the second picture, you can see that the burst water affected the drywall more than a foot high. After our team cleaned, they left equipment for 3 days and came back to see the property was completely dry.
