"Almost my entire first floor flooded on a Friday evening... After contacting SERVPRO of Chula Vista, they arrived at my house within 30-min followed by more crew soon after that.  They were very approachable and worked quickly to dry out the various areas and installed some powerful fans and heat generators that they left running for a few days to ensure everything would dry out completely and minimize the possibility of mold development.

They came back to check on the dryness and their reports were helpful for when I dealt with my insurance.

"Unfortunately we had a late night water damage event (flooding downstairs) and called SERVPRO CV. They had their emergency response team at our home within an hour to begin removing the water, the first step in the water mitigation process (as we soon learned). The two man team proceed to vacuum up the water, pull back carpets, remove soaked padding, and placing the initial drying fans. The next day they returned to continue the process and begin assessing the damage for coordination with our insurance company.
